Get to Know Rance Davis, DDS
For Dr. Davis, there’s nothing better than being able to sit down with his patients, figure out what’s wrong, and fix it with his own hands the same day. It’s the people that ignite his passion for dentistry every day. He has worked in private practice, community clinics, mission trips overseas, and the best part has always been getting to know his patients and easing their worries. In over 30 years, it hasn’t gotten old! Read on to learn more about Dr. Davis’ experience and passion for dentistry.
Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Davis became a dentist because he wanted a career where he could work directly with people and actually solve their problems, not just talk about them. Dentistry was a rare field in that it combined both.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Davis attended Oklahoma Christian University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Oklahoma for dental school. He also has his Master of Public Health and is a dedicated member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Davis is from Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He has three grown children, Jake, Justin, and Kayla, and is engaged to a wonderful woman, Ginese! He considers himself a very lucky man! Whenever he isn’t at the practice, he regularly goes on medical mission trips. He also enjoys college football – especially the Oklahoma Sooners! An interesting fact about Dr. Davis is that he has spent multiple weeks in the rainforests of Ecuador – only accessible by canoe – treating patients.
